Formify is a Swedish startup building AI-assisted e-signing. Its goal is to give small business owners and entrepreneurs more time to run their companies, instead of losing it to paperwork.

Stockholm, 9 October 2026:

Formify today released the 50th tool for its MCP server, the connection that lets AI platforms such as Claude and ChatGPT work directly inside Formify. The tools are there so that AI-driven companies can run their contract and form workflows with AI. Formify is going all in on giving small businesses enterprise features they can reach simply by chatting. At the same time, Formify is scrapping its bundled pricing plans.

"Editors and interfaces are dead"

"The future of software looks completely different. The way you work is a chat where everything happens. You don't see settings panels anymore, not even the features you want to turn on. But they're there. It's your data you want to get to. Whether you're creating a contract or a form to be signed: editors and interfaces are dead. Say what you want, and you get it. Stay in your AI, in the chat where it happens."

David Nordin, founder and CEO of Formify

"Why are we scrapping pricing plans? Pay for what you need. Switch off what you don't use."

More MCP tools than DocuSign and Scrive

With 50 tools, Formify offers more MCP tools than DocuSign, with 36, and Scrive, with 21. MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is an open standard that lets AI platforms use other services.

According to McKinsey's The State of AI survey from August 2026, 40 percent of companies with more than $1 billion in revenue are scaling AI agents. Among smaller companies, the share has stayed at 22 percent. That is the gap Formify wants to close.

How AI-assisted signing works

The AI prepares the document and shows a draft before anything is sent. The recipient sees the document and signs it themselves. In Sweden, users can sign with BankID. For signers without Swedish BankID, Formify verifies identity across borders with a passport or ID card and a video selfie.

Skills: ready-made instructions for the paperwork

The connection comes with dedicated skills: ready-made instructions that teach the AI how to handle the paperwork. It can build forms, send contracts and follow up with anyone who hasn't signed yet. When the AI creates a form, it has access to Formify's features and can build them straight into the form. One example: the person filling it in has to verify their mobile number with a one-time password (OTP) before the form can be signed.

Businesses with lots of contracts and forms can also get the submitted information pulled together into one overview. Just ask the AI.

With skills, Formify wants to pave the way for less admin at fast-moving small businesses.
