AI Assisted e-signing is signing where AI is part of the flow, in three ways.
First, AI inside Formify. You can click your way through the platform yourself, or just ask the assistant in chat. Either way, you can find documents, prepare a signing flow, send and follow up.
Second, AI with the document. Every Formify document can come with its own AI assistant, so the signer can ask questions, get plain-language explanations and review the agreement in their own language before signing.
Third, Formify inside the AI tools you already use. Our API and MCP server let any AI assistant create, prepare and send agreements through Formify.
You sign up with Swedish BankID and an email address. To create a company account, you need to be the authorized signatory or a board member of the company.
New business accounts get a welcome offer with €10 in credit, around five signatures, with no credit card required. You decide when you are ready for your first top-up. As your needs grow, you can move to an annual plan, or to Seats, where multiple users share a single credit pool and templates from one account. To send a document, you need either an active plan or sufficient balance on your account.
Yes. Formify signatures are legally binding worldwide. They satisfy the US ESIGN Act and UETA, the EU's eIDAS Regulation 910/2014, the UK Electronic Communications Act and equivalent electronic signature laws across most major jurisdictions.
Inside the EU framework, eIDAS defines three signature levels: SES (Simple), AES (Advanced) and QES (Qualified). Formify supports SES, used when the signer signs without identity verification, and AES, used when the signer also verifies their identity. These levels are an EU classification and do not exist as separate legal categories in the US, Canada, Australia or most other jurisdictions, where any electronic signature with clear intent and consent is binding.
Every Formify document is sealed with a qualified certificate from a trust service provider listed on the European Union Trusted List (EUTL). The result is a self-contained, sealed PDF that can be verified independently anywhere in the world, even by parties who do not use Formify.
No. We offer pay-as-you-go, you top up your balance and pay per signature. If your volume is predictable, an annual plan gives you a fixed monthly cost and a lower price per signature. For teams, Seats let you share credits and templates across multiple users from one account.
Yes. Formify works the same way for private individuals as it does for companies, associations and organizations. Private accounts run on pay-as-you-go. Annual plans are available for companies, associations and organizations only.

Yes. Pay-as-you-go has no recurring billing, you top up your balance when you need. Seats are billed monthly by default, with an optional annual prepay for a lower rate. Teams that prefer monthly invoicing in the company's name can apply to become an invoice customer.
Yes. You can add multiple companies, each connected to a separate email address, as long as you are an authorized signatory or board member of each one. They can also be combined with your private account. You sign in with your verified phone number and switch between the companies and accounts you have access to.
