You can also bring your own contracts: the Skill fills them, translates them and sends them the same way. More documents are on the way, so keep the Skill updated to get them.
Every document comes out in Spanish with your client's language alongside. The Skill adapts register, insurance, contract law and tax details to the region of the property, across all 17 autonomous communities plus Ceuta and Melilla.
Formify is GDPR compliant and based in the EU. Identity documents are handled inside the secure signing environment. You need a free Formify account; the Skill connects to it so the document is sent for ID check and signature straight from your AI.
Yes. Add your agency name, tax ID, address and logo once, and every document carries them from then on. Pick one of three layouts per document type, remove sections you do not need, add your own clauses or wording, or bring your own contract templates. The Skill remembers every change, so you adjust once and it stays that way.
You also never configure Formify yourself. The Skill knows how Formify's fields and functions work and connects them for you: where the signature goes, which field triggers the ID scan, where a client can upload a photo of a document, who signs first. You describe the deal, and the document arrives ready to sign.
